RV SITE AVAILABLE

Site 32 will be available the first of December. It is a treed sight and rents for $465/month. Rent includes water, sewer, trash, and basic Wi-Fi (not for TV), and a storage shed. On-site laundry is available 24/7. For an application, scroll down to, and click on APPLICATION DOCS or send us your email address and we will send you what you need to apply. This site is a long-term site, 5 months or more. RV must be 1996 or newer. Up to two dogs, weight 40 pounds or less, are allowed.

CRITERIA FOR RESIDENCY
For RVs, they must be 1996 or newer.
For RVs and apartments, Max 2 dogs or 2 cats allowed. Must weigh 40 lbs or less
Application fee for all rentals is $40 per person 18 years and older.

We are a long-term Park and aren't able to accommodate rentals for less than 5 months.

We are a long-term park (five months or more) with 32 mobile home / RV sites plus 5 studio apartments and 2 casitas. We are unable to accommodate daily or weekly space rentals.

What's Included?

RENT INCLUDES: Hook-ups for wi-fi, water, sewer and garbage. Residents also have access to our laundry facility 24/7.

Rates

Regular long-term RV sites are $465-$650 per month. Jumbo sites are $510-$600 per month. Studio apartments are $850 per month. Casitas are $1100 per month. For more information click on the APPLICATION tab at the top of this page! Prices subject to change.
